                                  CHAPTER 16
                     CONSUMER FORECLOSURE PROTECTION ACT
    45-1605.  PENALTIES. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any
person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be liable for
penalties and damages in accordance with chapter 6, title 48, Idaho Code.
